Hi, my name is Jacob. I’m a 23 year old father doing everything I can to stay present in my 8 month old son’s life during a very difficult custody situation.

Right now, there are no formal custody orders in place, and I’m actively working to establish a stable and fair 50/50 parenting plan so I can continue being a consistent, loving father to him. This process has become more complicated due to allegations being made against me, and I want to make sure I handle everything the right way through the court and with proper legal support.

I’m not asking for sympathy I’m asking for a fair chance to do this correctly. I’ve been showing up, staying calm, and trying to navigate everything responsibly, but legal representation is expensive, and I’m currently struggling to afford the help I need.
