My name is Waeel Al-Ghalban, I’m a 24-year-old from Gaza, Palestine.

‏I’m newly married and currently the only supporter of my small family. My wife is pregnant and due to give birth very soon but we are facing extreme difficulties just to survive.

‏Living in Gaza is beyond hard – with destruction all around us, no jobs, no income, and very limited access to basic needs like food, water, medicine, and electricity. I do my best every day but life has become unbearable, especially with a child on the way.
