We had to change the motorhome we were buying due to the other being sold. We have purchased one. But it needs repairs. Remaining funds are still needed to properly fix and repair the one we have purchased .

We need to make sure that the water lines and gas lines and everything else works properly as we will be living in it. All donations are appreciated and thank you all for your help.

Hi, my name is Helen and I'm fundraising for Connie Lee and her teenage son, Gavin.

Connie and Gavin live in Mississippi.

They need help with a safe place to live.

Connie works, and Gavin is a high school senior, who is scheduled to graduate early (this December).

Gavin is going to enroll in college to take underwater welding to help him to pursue a career with the US Coast Guard.

Connie is an absolute miracle. Many years ago, she survived a horrific abduction by a stalker, which made the national news, and where she was nearly killed and suffered severe emotional and physical trauma.

She is a loving mother who involves herself with helping others and seeking to improve her own life while maintaining a positive outlook in life.

Recently, she lost the house she rented for her and her son, and ended up in a tent with her son for a few weeks. She managed to find a broken-down trailer for rent and completed the necessary repairs herself to make a livable home for her and her son.

However, this situation has taken a quick turn and put her and her son's safety in jeopardy. An intruder with granted access to her trailer, enters her home while she and her son are at work/school, and at times, even while they are home. The landlord is not willing to help.

Of course, this is triggering to Connie with all she's been through, as well as illegal.

Realistically, her best recourse is to find a safe home, where she and her son can continue to live a productive life and where Gavin can finish high school on time.

Connie was able to find a motorhome for sale and is available for immediate move-in.

The owner is willing to work with her on the payment.

She is raising $4,900 for the purchase of the motorhome. The additional monies are for the first and last month's space rent, insurance, tag, title and one tank of gas.

Please help Connie, help keep herself and her son safe, and on track to a productive and peaceful life.
