Hi. My name is Trent. I am a welder on Vancouver Island and like many young people my age I am trying to work hard, make enough money to support myself and live a comfortable lifestyle. Unfortunately when I went to my car on Sept 27, 2025 I found my car window smashed and my tools missing. These tools are how I make my money and are my livelihood. I have spent 6 years collecting tools and have spent well over $2000 on these tools which someone felt they were entitled to. Like many other welders I had my year rocked by unemployment, lack of projects and overall uncertainty for the future of my career I have poured so much blood, sweat and tears into. Unfortunately welding tools are also quite expensive and dropping $2000 on new tools isn't easy for most people. I am asking for donations to help replace my tools and repair my broken window. Any amount is appreciated and I can guarantee will go to replacing my tools.
