Today, one of the most gifted, caring teachers at our preschool lost her job—suddenly and without explanation.

She’s a single mom who brought warmth, creativity, and love into the classroom. The kind of teacher who truly sees children. Who listens. Who makes them feel safe, joyful, and understood.

My 3-year-old adored her. He didn’t know why she hugged him a little longer today. Next week, he’ll ask where she is.
