A Wing Away Kitchen in Islip Terrace is more than just a restaurant—it's the dream come true for the Marengo Family. Stefanie and Chef Anthony Marengo, and their two sons, are a family who pour their hearts into their community. Since opening in 2020, Stefanie and Anthony have spent countless hours building their brand from the ground up with big dreams and delicious flavors. Over the years, the Marengo family has faced uncertainty and personal tragedy, but their commitment to their dream and their community never wavered. The recent closure of their Calverton location has been a heartbreaking setback, both emotionally and financially, and the burden weighs heavily on the whole family.
