Urgent Help Needed for a Friend in Crisis

I have a dear friend who is in a desperate financial situation. She has been without electricity for 12 days during this extreme heat, has very little food, and is struggling to get by. She is a veteran who has always had a kind and giving heart, but life has thrown her some very difficult challenges lately.

If anyone knows of immediate resources, local programs, or even someone who could help bridge the gap until she gets back on her feet, please reach out.
