Hey friends, one of my tenants had a ton of power tools stolen from his garage in Midtown Sacramento on Easter Sunday early morning. Peter is an 80 year old Veteran who is still working as a handyman and this is a devastating blow to his livelihood. 

The estimated value to replace his equipment is ~$5,000 [the original estimate was $3,000, but $5,000 is a more realistic number based on the cost of inflation].
