Help a two time cancer survivor keep surviving

hi. my name is Jenna. my husband Jon and I are typically the ones helping. we don't often ask for help. but we really have been taking a beating lately.

I previously had thyroid cancer in 2015. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, anemia, PCOS, endometriosis and other assorted diagnoses.

on August 27, I received a diagnosis of breast cancer. It looked at first as if I was going to get away with only surgery as a treatment. I had double mastectomy with tissue expanders in October. around Thanksgiving, my left side got infected and I was hospitalized for a week over the holiday. I had to have surgery to clean out the affected area and remove the expander. soon after, I found out that I did require radiation. since this second surgery, I have been dealing with extreme fatigue and weakness. I lose balance easily. there is definitely muscle pain in the chest and shoulder blade area from the surgeries. my anxiety, while always a struggle, has gotten bad enough to the point that I am almost agoraphobic. I have to be sedated during radiation because my pain and anxiety will not let my body relax enough otherwise. that is Mon-Fri for over 6 weeks. I know that I have at least 2 more surgeries ahead of me.

while all of this has been going on, my dad has also been in and out of the hospital. much of the time, I haven't even been able to see him. he has several organs functioning below normal and fighting against each other. it has reached the point now that we have decided in palliative care and hospice.

medical bills are coming in, I have not worked since early October and I am not sure how much and how soon I can handle. I am on short term disability for a few more weeks, but that is only about half my normal pay. now it seems on top of my bills, I will need to be thinking of cremation for my dad.

any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
