My awful abusive ex is moving out!

Heya, I'm Rowan, and I'm a 26 year old queer trying to support myself, a cat, and my little sibling during awful economic times in a very expensive city.

My long-term relationship with an abusive boyfriend just ended, and he's finally moving out.

Which is great!

Except...

My younger sibling has just graduated high school and is looking for a job, so it's just me handling all the finances and bills. We're keeping on, but as I'm still paying off medical bills and trying to support two humans and a cat, it's a struggle.

Which is where you come in!

Any little amount helps to get us off to a running start. This will cover groceries, bills, household needs, cat food/litter - just enough to push us forward as we settle into a new situation.

If you're able to, I would be endlessly grateful. We both would, really.

"Wow! Why 1k?"

Well, to be honest, one month's rent is 1500. And I can do that...barely. It means cutting out my meds and putting us both on the bare minimum, since Solstice (my cat) has specific food requirements as well. And anyone who's lived in Seattle knows that bills tend to skyrocket here no matter how careful you try.

So 1k is an incredibly good helping hand, and it would be a huge weight off our backs.
