I'm starting to save up as I realise that surgical intervention is a necessary part of my transition, to feel more comfortable in my own skin. Surgeries are unfortunately quite expensive so I'm saving up to get mine done. I feel so blessed and supported by the FQ's in my life, its because of them and my house that I have the strength to walk this path of authenticity and love, its because of them that I have the strength to ask for help.
