Era is a trans woman living in fear of persecution in Turkey.

Due to recent crackdowns on LGBTQ organizations and restrictions on healthcare services for transgender and LGBTQ individuals, the situation of transgender people in Turkey is becoming worse day by day and access to life saving hrt is being restricted more and more.

Era does not live with a LGBTQ friendly family and has to live in fear of what might happen to her while living in her own home. To make it even worse, her family recently discovered that she is taking hrt and her family started to restrict her life.

Era needs monetary and emotional help so she can move out of Turkey and live safely in Finland with her partner and have access to hrt.

We're trying to raise 3000€, which is required for her to be able to go to Finland and stay there, to be able to afford things like the plane ticket, the visa and meet the requirements for prolonged stay in Finland whilst we will work on getting her a residency permit here.
