Help A Trans Woman Elder & Activist Pay A Medical Bill

Hello. My name is Nova and I'm a trans woman elder, a writer, and trans & queer rights activist. I am humbly asking folks to help me a little. I have a medical bill loan that is about to default and when it does; it will go from $4600 to $7500 dollars with a crazy APR. I just need $1000 to pay it off in full. Which I unfortunately don't have right now. I have $400 to my name and $20,000 debt. It's also my birthday on Tuesday and I'm hoping to buy myself a birthday cake.

I left my corporate career in tech a year ago because of discrimination and I have been struggling to get by. When I used to make good money I gave nearly $40k to help other trans and queer folks, so I'm hoping someone out there can show some kindness to me.
