Hi, my name is Madison and I'm asking for your help to get through one of the most difficult experiences of my life.

I was recently a victim of a violent anti-trans hate crime that took place in the heart of the capitol hill neighborhood in Seattle. I was physically assaulted by a group of 6 guys, knocked unconscious and unfortunately sustained severe head trauma. I'm now recovering from a concussion and will be out of work for the foreseeable future while I focus on recovering and continuing medical care.

This whole experience has left me shaken, hurt, and overwhelmed. The medical bills, combined with not being able to work have put mine and my partner's housing and basic needs at risk. Without help from the community I will be unable to pay for essential living costs this month.
