All of the evidence ive compiled about this illegal residence and videos of all of the harrasment Ive endured and screenshots 

Help a Trans Non-binary Person leave a toxic Illegal Housing which I was Connived into by Ren Adele/ Lauren Turner and Anthony Washington Rasado . 

I moved to this house on August 15,2020 with the understanding of renting a room in a trans inclusive lqbtqia+ home , to only be purposely and consistently misgendered from August - Now. 

Anthony rasado purposely chooses what’s convenient for him to address, from a previous roommate leaving dishes in sink weeks at a time and abusing their dogs via abandonment and starvation to destruction of my property, threats of violence and theft. 

Anthony Rasado tried to illegally evict me on December 20, 2020 because I called the cops on his violent and aggressive argumentative behavior ( his video is the first video on the google drive ) though he’s not the landlord , nor owns the house .  

According to the deeds  my lawyer presented  me Neither he nor the “ landlord” Sammy Shi own this property (1 deed is in the google drive file) , they converted this house into an illegal multi dwelling [ its registered as a 2 family home but rent rooms individually and illegally rent out the basement as well] , the certificate of occupancy hasn’t been signed since September 19th , 1949 ( also in the google file link ) . 

The ceiling is leaking but they refuse to fix and HPD has been here to inspect the illegal conversion, leaking ceiling , lack of carbon monoxide alarms and fire escape.

Anthony Rasado is a toxic tenant who lives on the first floor but loves breaking in and trespassing when convenient to the second floor stealing anything convenient to his use when he sees fit , he’s stolen trash bags , laundry dryer sheets , orange juice . He also LOVES stealing my packages as retaliation to opening a case in housing court due to the illegal property.

I’ve had to call the cops 4 times in 3 days from December 18- December 21st for Anthony Washington Rasado’s problematic and toxic behavior which he conspires and starts his antagonistic behavior to seek attention and validation to feel some sense of superiority when he’s just a 30 yr old who lives off of government assistance paying his rent for his room . 

I’m currently in the process for taking them to court on February 8th, but need assistance in funds for my own space to rent in New York as I am my blind fathersonly caretaker and currently waiting to be hired as his home health aid. 

The screen shots and text messages shows I didn’t know this place was illegal till informed by Ren Adele who Anthony has been giving my stolen packages to because in the face of justice as a Gemini would , are a traitor .

I want to manifest a safe and loving home which I don’t have to be in a toxic environment with adults stuck in the mental regression of a high school mentality so that i can take care of my father , and pressure my content creator/ social media influencer aspirations as well as my career as an artist and soul mission as a light worker and healer. 

I’m a non binary makeup artist and cosplayer , my pronouns are He/him . 

Prior to COVID i worked as a video game and anime merchandiser at think geek. 

Any donations will go towards moving to a new home as my lawyer advised me the case will result in a vacate order due to the lack of legal documentation for this house and property taxes which haven’t been paid since 2015 and the certificate of occupancy which hasn’t been signed since 9/19/1949 and the illegal front behind who owns the property which Sammy Shi is pretending to be the landlord when his name is not on the deed ( also in the google drive link )

Please help me , I am reaching out as a last resort as I’m currently on unemployment due to being furloughed due to Covid 19.
