Help Me Save My Great-Grandmother’s House
My name is Aiden, and I’ve been working towards purchasing my great-grandmother’s house, a place full of family memories that I want to keep in our family. I had a contract to buy it, and even put down a payment, but the seller backed out at the last minute. Unfortunately, I had to spend that down payment on legal fees to try to enforce the contract, and now I’m left without the funds to complete the purchase.
This campaign is my last hope to secure the house and preserve our family legacy. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to saving this home that means so much to my family.
If you’re able to help, please consider donating or sharing this campaign with friends and family. Your support truly makes a difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.I'm a trans guy with no family support. My father sold my great-grandmother's house to a landlord, Jerry Caldwell. Jerry signed a contract for me to purchase my home and later denied me when I qualified through my lender. I filed a lawsuit against him and had to use my down payment to cover attorney fees and rent and am no longer able to pay for my down payment and closing costs. I am requesting help from the worldwide community as I have nowhere else to turn. I have three months to close on my house and am in dire need of assistance. In advance I vacuously thank all who have the heart to share or donate.
