Help Needed With Urgent Medical Bills and Utilities

Hi, my name is Charlie. Just under a year ago I was made redundant from my job whilst signed off sick with mental health problems, and was undergoing therapy that was thankfully covered by medical insurance. That therapy concluded at the beginning of this year, but I am still unable to find a (safe) job for myself, despite much continued looking.

I got an email two weeks ago from the psychiatrist that had been helping me, telling me I had some outstanding bills from February, that the insurance company had declined to cover, and asking me to pay these ASAP. I had never received the invoices for those, let alone that the insurance company had declined to cover them. At the time, I still had the insurance; it is long gone now. I have spoken to the psychiatrist,

I absolutely do not have the money to cover this; whilst I’ve been selling off things to just about stay afloat, it is not enough and I am out of time. In addition, because of other bills, I am not going to be able to fund this month's electric bill (and with it my internet connection, which is required to keep receiving job seekers allowance), or the next batch of HRT for myself; my current supply will expire soon, and I don't want to think about the consequences of them suddenly going away on top of everything else.

So I turn to here, in the hope that I might have a chance to be able to keep going. I don't have many options left.

UPDATE: I have managed to have some good fortune, so this is no longer quite as pressing as it once was: I still need to cover these three bills, but I have some more time to do so, and do not quite risk such an immediate loss of my HRT or electricity.
