Help a Trans Guy Get on Hormones

I truly don't know how much longer I can hold out without starting my physical transition. I'm in desperate need for testosterone and top surgery both. My mental health is declining by the day, and I'd really appreciate anything anyone could offer to help me in starting my journey. The funds will be used exclusively to get me on testosterone and potentially get me top surgery if all goes well
