Hi.. My name is Chloe.. I am a 26 year old Trans Girl who was diagnosed with Chronic Phase Meyeloid Leukemia. , Looking for help paying for medical bills, ubers to appts + treatments, keeping myself nourished and buying medical supplies like caths and o2 when needed-as i passed out the other day  and was out for a while due to my hemoglobin level . as I will have to shave my head soon i really want to be able to get a wig. It would also keep me safe so i dont become homeless.
