Help a trans girl escape

Hello, my name is Sunday (this pseudonym and the lack of picture are for my safety), my pronouns are she/her. I am a chronically ill, autistic trans girl living in a physically and mentally unsafe environment right now with an abusive family, and I need help getting out. Specifically, I'm looking to pay for all my expenses once I've left my family at age 18.

I'll need money for rent, my medical care, my HRT, college tuition, and any other household expenses.

I have serious mental health issues including PTSD due to my upbringing, and debilitating gender dysphoria, which has caused me to attempt suicide multiple times.

I need to relocate out of my current household asap for my safety, and expect to be homeless for months after I turn 18. I am not one to ask for help, but I have no other options. I can’t get a job in the short term, due to a complete lack of autonomy in my current home, and I will need financial support to get on my own two feet.
