HELP A DISABLED ACTIVIST WITH MEDICAL DEBT

About me
I am 23 and a queer disabled activist. I have multiple rare conditions and medical neglect has also caused permanent health issues [such as mild brain damage]. I have tons of medical bills, but can't work a "real" job. Most of the work [at home/by myself] I do is unpaid or doesn't make enough to cover the costs of my many treatments, medications, and medical appointments. There are many out of pocket costs associated with disability and chronic illness. SSDI/SSI keeps rejecting me and I was not approved for student loan forgiveness based on my disability. My family has to put a ton of money towards my medical expenses, but we can't afford everything I need. I have given a lot to my community and am a mutual aid organizer. Donations help me continue my advocacy and mutual aid work as well as improve my health. I have a long list of health issues. I have some information about me and my work below.
Why $2000?
- I have a $1500 bill for THREE mental health appointments
- I have a $400 bill for my regular infusions, which should not have any copay. every visit is several hundred dollars out of pocket. insurance paid $30!
- I also have a $3000 bill for am ambulance & hospital stay
- I owe my pain clinic $1800 for two procedures that I was told were fully covered by insurance
- other medical expenses like medication, DME equipment, tube feeding supplies insurance doesn't cover has added up to almost $1000
