Help a teen achieve their dreams of reaching the sky

Hello, My name is Yarlin, a young Dominican teenager, with the dream of one day becoming a pilot. My high school offered me the chance to get a bit into the aviation field when I was a freshman and I fell in love.. even with my father telling me that I could not achieve it because I was a Latina women. But I pushed on and got engaged with the program, I’ve flown stage simulators my school had, gave speeches and inspired others with my story, and I’ve met some amazing people and got to see aviation in a light I never thought I would. However, the path to being a pilot is very pricey and I don’t exactly come from a wealthy family. This money is all going to my college studies and my flying lessons, So anything helps and is deeply appreciated ❤️
