Granada Hills Rocketry Group NASA Student Launch

Lending a hand isn't rocket science.. but it'll let us do just that.
Hi there! We are the Granada Hills Rocketry Group, a team of hardworking high school students representing the city of Granada Hills for the 2021-2022 NASA Student Launch Initiative. We are a research-based team that aspires to encourage the next generation of space exploration through experience and engagement in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Through a particular selection process, our tightly-knit group of peers has been chosen by NASA as one of the 16 high school division teams across the nation to partake in a 9-month long competition.
Not only will we be designing, creating, and executing high-power rocketry experiments, we will also participate in community outreach programs to further benefit and expose the younger generations to astronomy, rocket science, engineering, and other STEM fields. We are extremely passionate in our field and we plan to go far. However, to ensure our safety, acquire materials, attend competitions, and achieve our goal, our team needs to raise $14,000 and we can't do this without your help.
Our target may be intimidating, but your support will help us get one step closer to our ultimate goal, no matter the size of the contribution. With your aid, we will reach our fundraising goal and be able to use our collective efforts and experiences to their fullest abilities in order to spread our passion for rocketry to others in our community.
Our team plans to reach for the stars. With your help, we'll make it to infinity and beyond.
