My Father was recently diagnosed with malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity , which is a very aggressive form of cancer that formed inside of his nose. He was diagnosed in January and within the 2 months since his diagnosis the tumor has grown extremely fast, causing deformities in his face. His nose itself is 4 times as large as it used to be, he can no longer breathe through his nose and is also losing sight in his eye on the same side the tumor is growing. I am doing everything I can to help despite the fact that my parents currently live in South America. I am a teacher in Illinois and have taken on multiple extra jobs to try and send as much money as I can to my parents to help with anything and everything. From medical bills all the way to helping them get transportation and food while they fight this horrible disease. I am asking for help from my friends, family and community so I can continue to help my dad in any way I can. I know times are very tough for everyone but I am just trying to help my dad survive, anything and everything would be greatly appreciated. Can you find it in your heart to help my father?

A mi padre le diagnosticaron recientemente melanoma maligno de la cavidad nasal, un tipo de cáncer muy agresivo que se formó en el interior de la nariz. Le diagnosticaron en enero y, en los dos meses transcurridos desde entonces, el tumor ha crecido rapidísimo, causándole deformidades en el rostro. Su nariz es cuatro veces más grande que antes, ya no puede respirar por la nariz y también está perdiendo la visión del ojo del mismo lado donde crece el tumor. Estoy haciendo todo lo posible para ayudar, a pesar de que mis padres viven actualmente en Sudamérica. Soy profesora en Illinois y he aceptado varios trabajos extra para intentar enviarles todo el dinero posible y ayudarles con todo lo que pueda. Desde gastos médicos hasta transporte y comida mientras luchan contra esta terrible enfermedad. Pido ayuda a mis amigos, familiares y comunidad para poder seguir ayudando a mi padre en todo lo posible. Sé que los tiempos son muy difíciles para todos, pero solo intento ayudar a mi padre a sobrevivir; cualquier cosa sería muy apreciada. ¿Puedes encontrar en tu corazón la ayuda para mi padre?
