In July of this year, I went to my doctor concerned about something that I found on my body. The pain I was having was constant, like a nonstop contraction. After studies and referrals to specialists, I was told that my intestines had fallen and that all organs in my pelvic floor were affected. This was causing many issues.

My lifestyle changed drastically. I can't bend to pick up anything, I have 24/7 pain, my stomach started to get inflated, and now I look like I am pregnant. Walking slower, not being able to go up or down stairs, and even driving is painful. This has affected me in so many ways.

Thank God for the family that I have, my husband working harder than ever to support us and coordinate everything so I have all I need at home for the surgery. My son and daughter help me every single day, from the small things like picking up everything that I drop, carrying all my bags, to even helping me at work.

As a teacher, I got worried for my kids. This is not only a job for me but my calling. My job... I am blessed! They have been so supportive and helpful, always looking out for me, making accommodations so my job would be easier, and my team has taken part of my load, which I appreciate so much.

Finally, I was given a date for surgery: November 6, 2025. Doctors have indicated that my recovery will take between 8 to 10 weeks, during which I will not be able to work.

In addition, I need help with certain home needs, as well as covering medical and basic expenses during this time of work absence.

As a family, we firmly believe in God’s provision and the power of prayer. We trust that He will provide through the generous hands of those who decide to support us. The Word of God says in 1 Peter 5:7: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”

Any help, whether large or small, will make a great difference in this process. I am deeply grateful for your prayers and words of encouragement, which are a great blessing to us during this time.
