Hello, my name is Angela. I am a teacher working two jobs and supporting four wonderful young adults who are either in college or just trying to find their way. For the past 22 years, my family has shared a well with our neighbor, contributing half of the repair costs and monthly fees for water and electricity. Recently, the neighbor has decided to cut off our access to the well, leaving us without a reliable source of water.

After consulting with experts, I have learned that drilling a new well on my property will cost approximately $17,000 due to the depth needed to reach water. On top of this, my home’s roof, which is 25 years old, urgently needs replacement to keep my family safe and dry.

I’m reaching out to this amazing community for help. As a teacher, I dedicate my life to educating and supporting children, but right now I need support myself to provide a safe home and clean water for my family.
