My name is Stephanie Trelogan and I'm a teacher at an elementary school in Pacifica, California. One of the challenges our district faces is being able to retain teachers. Our cost of living is very high, and it's hard for new teachers to stay in the area on their salaries.

I am raising money on behalf of one of our fantastic new teachers. Due to financial constraints, she has been unable to take the RICA, one of the main tests required to finalize her credential. The cost of the test is just $171, but that's a hardship for her and her family. She would like to remain anonymous, but this will help her a great deal.
