Hello neighbors,

I am a volunteer wrestling coach at Thomas Dale High School. We have a young man who can be a great wrestler. He works hard, has amazing talent, but must miss practices to work a job and support his family. No child should be saddled with this burden. He must earn about $2k a month to pay rent and buy food.

The stress of this burden causes him to miss practices and matches, as well as put a huge burden on his young shoulders.

I would like to raise $6K to help him dedicated December, January, and February to the wrestling season without having to worry about his finances and family. He has an opportunity to earn a college scholarship for wrestling, but his dream will melt away if he must be the bread winner in his family.

Please think about your time in high school and what this type of burden would have done to your future. Let's help this young man jump start his future and enjoy his teen years, even if only for a wrestling season. Any amount will help.
