Throughout my high school journey, I have worked hard to challenge myself academically and in leadership roles. As a member of Beta Club, class president during my 9th-grade year, and part of the Gifted and Talented program, I have always strived for excellence. Maintaining a

3.7 GPA while actively participating in band and playing flag football has taught me discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Recently, I was honored to receive a scholarship from the CIEE Study Abroad program to study Spanish Language & Culture in Palma de Mallorca, Spain an opportunity that means everything to me. This program will allow me to immerse myself in the Spanish language something l've been passionately learning and gain cultural experiences that a classroom simply cannot provide. However while my scholarship covers tuition I still need support for my plane ticket and other travel expenses. Any donation, big or small, would help me take this life changing step towards fluency and global understanding.
