I’m organizing this fundraiser for a junior high student who is a friend of one of my children. I’m keeping the child’s name private to respect their privacy, but I want to help make sure they have what they need to join their baseball team this spring. Right now, they need two basic pieces of equipment: a mitt and cleats.

This fundraiser is simply to help cover the cost of those essentials so this student can step onto the field with confidence and be part of the team. For a young person, being able to show up prepared can make a real difference in feeling included and ready to participate. Playing sports can mean so much at this age. It builds confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. If you’re able to help, any support will go directly toward getting this junior high student a mitt and cleats for baseball season.
