Help a student and her toothless cat with his medical bills

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for help covering ongoing vet bills for my cat, who’s been through so much and continues to fight with love, strength, and a whole lot of purring.

I found my Stinky during quarantine—he was a stray, alone and in rough shape. I brought him in, and since then, he’s become a cherished part of my life. Unfortunately, he’s had a long journey of medical issues. He had severe dental disease and had to have all of his teeth removed. He has mega colon, which means he can’t poop without medication—he takes three different meds every single day to keep his system working.

He’s also had bladder surgery to remove painful bladder stones. Now, he’s been diagnosed with HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), a serious heart condition. He’s been experiencing labored breathing, and we’ve just started seeing a cardiologist to manage this new challenge.

Despite everything, he’s still got energy, affection, and that same sweet personality. The vets are hopeful—his quality of life is still good, but it will take ongoing care, regular vet visits, and careful medication adjustments to keep him comfortable.

All of this comes with a big financial burden, and that’s why I’m here. If you’re able to donate anything to help with his treatment and vet bills, it would mean the world to me. I’m a student supporting myself, so any little bit helps.
