Hello everyone. I'm a struggling college student with a sweet little cat who needs to make rent for the semester. I work part-time and I am a full-time student. My mom had a stroke and is unable to work or support me. I've been on my own this whole time and was homeless last semester. This time, I got myself a lovely cat and settled into an apartment for the semester. The catch was that all of the rent is paid right up front instead of monthly. I have enough for one month, but the rest of the semester demands to be paid upfront and I simply cannot afford it. I have about a month before I will get in trouble and put out. I really don't want to face homelessness with my cat as I don't even have a car to sleep in. I desperately want to get my education and have a place for me and my sweet kitty to live. I don't want to give up and give her away because she has separation anxiety and is very attached to me. I don't want to abandon her, but if I were to go homeless I would have no choice. Please, if you can give anything, it would mean so much to me and my cat.
