JL *allegedly* was fined £150 for dropping a cigarette butt outside Birmingham New Street station. Together we can fight Section 88 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (as amended). We tried to get some Auzzies to pay it (LIONS!!!) but they wouldn't. Some guy with a plastic kangaroo told him to "buzz off".
