Help A Struggling Student Stay In School
Donation protected
Despite applying for scholarships and being the best student I can be; I have not been able to secure the funds I need to continue next fall. I currently owe the school 10,000 dollars, and in order to continue I have to pay the money I owe. I want to be able to graduate and pursue my future. If I am able to continue I'll be able to graduate in 2022. After which I will be pursuing Higher education and Historical/Anthropology research in hopes of providing not only help to the uneducated, but also new knowledge and field work needed to understand the racial and socioeconomic problems existing around the world. I constantly help my community, I march for Hampton Universities Marching Force, and I am prolific leader on campus. I do everything to help people and do right by people. I act in a way in which I can honor my mother and father. They both died of cancer when I was young, and life has been really hard for me ever since. But I didn't let that be an excuse to fail. Education and music have been my upbringing, and so when I graduate I plan to bring my degree to their graves and show them I made them proud. My mom and dads dream was to see me graduate from college, and even though they've passed, I will make that dream come true. I refuse to let them down, I wont let money stop me, and I can't face them if I let it stop me. Please help me realize my dream and make my parents proud.
