My dear friend is a struggling mom of 6 with 3 kids still living with her. On December 12th, just 13 days before Christmas, their house burnt to the ground. This happened just weeks after finalizing her divorce. Just weeks before, while in the hospital, her ex-husband stole $25,000, moved back to California, and left her. Weeks later, while at work, she got a call from 911. No one was home, and her house was on fire. She rushed to her home from Grand Prairie, where she was working, to come home to a totally demolished 2-story house. The next day, driving back to work, her rental car got a flat on the highway. She sat there for hours waiting for help. The next day, her dog went to a temporary home where he got attacked by two other dogs, leaving her with not only a vet bill but a dog that’s having seizures due to injuries. Holding strong, she is still praising God for not taking lives and looking forward to God to make a clear path! Her dog is currently on medication and living with her daughter, and she and her kids are staying in hotels while they find a temporary place to live.
