My name is Arnel, and I am humbly asking for help for my sister-in-law, the wife of my brother.

She suffered a stroke and was later diagnosed with a brain tumor. Her condition has rapidly declined—she can no longer walk on her own and needs help even to stand. Watching her struggle every day is heartbreaking.

We sought help from the emergency room, but she was not admitted and was advised to go through outpatient care instead. Sadly, without money, even basic tests and consultations are impossible. Surgery, which could save her life, remains far beyond our reach.

She is currently in Mamatid Cabuyao Laguna Philippines and needs urgent medical intervention.

My brother has no stable income, and while I am doing my best to help, I also carry many responsibilities supporting my own children and family.

Despite our hardships, we are holding on to hope.

The donations will be used for:

• Brain tumor surgery

• Hospitalization and medical tests

• Medicines and recovery care
