Hello everyone, I have a stray cat who followed me home and now lives in my front yard. He has a damaged, blind eye that is leaking and oozing blood and infection. Neighbors say they have seen him around the street for four years with his eye like this, but now the infection is worsening and coming out one side of his nose. He was very hungry and is so friendly, so I have been providing food and wiping away the blood and discharge each day.

I want to help him get urgent medical care, but I am already paying off my own massive vet bills and can't afford the costs for his treatment. He will need a vet exam, blood tests, medication, and likely eye surgery to remove the damaged eye and treat the infection. He is scheduled to see the vet on Tuesday, and I will take care of him after his procedure, but I need help covering the expenses.
