His family is devastated, especially his mom who depends on him every day. She is a single mother and vision impaired, and Victor has always been there to support and care for her. Right now, she is scared, overwhelmed, and facing an uncertain future without her son by her side.

Victor is not someone who has ever been in trouble. He grew up here in Saint Paul, graduated from school, and has worked hard to build a good life. He is a kind, responsible young man who cares deeply about his family and does everything he can to help them.

We are trying to raise funds to hire an experienced immigration attorney so Victor can have proper legal representation and a fair chance to be heard. This is the most important step we can take right now, but it is more than his family can manage alone. Watching his mother go through this has been incredibly painful.
