Unexpected loss of brother-in-law

My name is Michelle. My brother and I came up with this idea to set up a GoFundMe to help my oldest sister and niece through this devastating time.

Life can change from one day to another. Unfortunately, and with a broken heart to say, my brother-in-law/compadre passed away unexpectedly this past Tuesday, September 3, 2024. My brother-in-law and sister are both very humble and kind-hearted people who always gave without expecting anything in return. During this hard, devastating time, my brother and I wanted to take some weight off my sister's shoulders to help her with the expenses incurred from funeral costs and also monthly bills, etc., that she will now have to deal with on her own while coping with the loss of her husband. We also want to help out my niece, who is in her freshman year at university and will be studying to become a dentist. Anything that can be donated will be greatly appreciated. May God bless y'all.

Mi nombre es Michelle. A mi hermano y a mí se nos ocurrió esta idea de establecer un GoFundMe para ayudar a mi hermana mayor y a mi sobrina en este momento devastador.

La vida puede cambiar de un día a otro. Desafortunadamente, y con el corazón roto para decirlo, mi cuñado/compadre falleció inesperadamente el pasado martes 3 de septiembre de 2024. Mi cuñado y mi hermana son personas muy humildes y de buen corazón que siempre dieron sin esperar nada a cambio. Durante este momento difícil y devastador, mi hermano y yo queríamos quitarle algo de peso de los hombros de mi hermana para ayudarla con los gastos incurridos por los costos del funeral y también las facturas mensuales, etc., con los que ahora tendrá que lidiar mientras esta sufriendo la pérdida de su esposo. También queremos ayudar a mi sobrina, que está en su primer año en la universidad estudiando para convertirse en dentista. Cualquier cosa que se pueda donar será muy apreciada.
