Help a Single Parent Battle Brain Tumor

Hello,

One never sees themselves in the position that my family and I are in.

On June 12th, 2024, I had a scheduled hip surgery that took me off of work for 5 weeks. I had a great recovery, my hip feels great.

However, I passed out one day and started experiencing dizziness and what they think are focal seizures. I went to my family doctor who thankfully ordered many tests to realize I have a large tumor on the left side of my brain and a lot of edema. I have since traveled to Mayo Clinics in Rochester, MN. I met with a tumor specialist and a neurology surgeon. The doctors agree that the tumor has to come out!

Unfortunately, they don't predict that they can get all of it due to how it's growing around a vein...we will discuss next steps after surgery.

That's the facts of everything, but it doesn't tell the anguish I am feeling. I have 4 children who are very scared for their mom. Heck, I'm scared too! I've used up all my PTO time with work and I'm a single parent raising Ty by myself. This is taking a huge financial toll and I'm here asking for any financial assistance you can give. Please keep us all in your prayers. Surgery date is Aug 30th!
