Hello everyone,

While my prayers have been answered and I’m truly blessed to have gotten a 2nd transplant, the monthly bills are going to take a huge toll on me. This was totally unexpected as I was just marked active on the list September 8th. The call came in at 3AM on September 13th. I answered and the voice on the other end said “ Jody we have a kidney for you. You’ll need to get to the hospital by 930AM.” I am out of work for the next 8 weeks. I’m asking for help, for my mortgage and monthly expenses. This is a hard ask for me. I just don’t know what else to do. I am a single mother trying her best to stay afloat during the healing process. Anything will help. Thank you and God Bless.
