Hi, my name is Danisha, a single mom of two boys. I am the absolute worst at asking for help but I am in dire need right now.

I recently had to leave my job because my youngest son, 11, has a chronic blood disease called Sickle Cell Anemia Disease. It is a disease that affects all the organs in the body leading to many health complications as they grow. My son also experiences chronic pain almost every day that can be debilitating at times leading him to miss massive amounts of school.

For the past 7 months, I have been struggling to make ends meet due to needing to be in the hospital a lot with him and make many many, doctors appointments. I also have a 13 year old son. He doesn't have sickle cell disease but feels the burden of me struggling as a single mother.

My car recently just broke down and will cost me over 1000 to fix. That is our life line. To help accommodate our no-car problem, I decided to rent a car from Lyft and drive for them to alleviate our car issues and make a little bit of money to help with bills and life expenses.

Unfortunately, it is nowhere near enough money for what we need to survive our day to day life because most of the money I am making is going to the rental car fees which is insanely high. In this time of need,
