Help a Single Mother Escape Toxic Living Conditions

After suffering from many health issues that were dismissed as either long COVID and then subsequently being told I have lupus, the source of my health issues has been discovered to be from a mold/contamination problem originating from an improperly installed HVAC system in the condominium I have been renting. It has become significantly worse over the past year and a half, and most recently I spent 2 and a half months fighting respiratory issues at the beginning of this year due to this. While I have been seeking legal help, I need to move out ASAP as every day I live here I am still exposed to the source of my underlying health issues, as well as toxic and harassing behavior from my landlord and the HOA who, while aware of the issues, have refused to address them.

I am used to being the person who helps others, hides my own problems, and figures them out myself. However, after incurring huge medical debts and being unable to work as much as I usually would due to the health issues I have been fighting while trying to make ends meet as a single mother, I have no choice but to humbly ask for help for myself at this time. In addition to moving, we also have to throw out any fabric items (mattresses, sofa, clothing) and replace them, as well as hope that any wood items can be salvaged by professional cleaning. There are many more atrocious things that have happened during my tenancy in this place that would take too much time to explain, but I was unable to obtain renter's insurance on this place which would have helped with these issues because of electrical fires that had occurred in the complex prior to my moving in, as well as the many individual insurance claims the landlord made on this unit as well, all things I was not informed of and would have deterred me from moving here to begin with.

Any help is greatly appreciated. This is probably the hardest thing I have ever had to do, to ask for help for myself at this time.
