Hello, my name is Wadha. I am a single mother doing everything in my power to raise two beautiful children, and today I am asking for help for my oldest son, Hassan. He is an incredible child with a brave heart, but he is carrying burdens no child should have to face.
Hassan’s Daily Fight
Hassan lives with Type 1 Diabetes, a life-threatening condition that demands constant monitoring and care. Every hour of his day is shaped by insulin doses, glucose checks, sensors, pumps, and emergency supplies. A simple mistake or equipment failure can put him in danger.
Each morning starts with numbers, calculations, alarms.
Each night I lie awake listening for any sign his blood sugar is dropping. Sleeping is no longer rest — it is constant fear.
Adding to this challenge, Hassan is also on the autism spectrum. He needs consistent therapy, structured routines, and emotional support to navigate the world. Balancing both conditions is overwhelming, and the costs are far beyond what I can manage alone.
Why We Need Help
I once had insurance that helped cover part of Hassan’s care, but those benefits ended. Now, everything — medical supplies, therapy, transportation, doctor visits — falls entirely on me. Devices wear out. Sensors fail unexpectedly. Therapy is essential, not optional. And as a single mother, every dollar goes to rent, utilities, food, and keeping our only car running for emergencies.
I am not asking for myself. I am asking for my child’s safety, stability, and future.
When Strength Begins to Break
There are moments when Hassan looks at me with tired eyes and asks why his body won’t give him a break. As a mother, hearing your child question his own strength is a pain that cuts deeper than words can describe. I often hide my tears until he’s asleep, because I need him to believe that I am strong enough to carry us through this. But the truth is, I am struggling, and I cannot do this alone anymore. I need help to keep him safe, to keep his treatments going, and to give him the chance to live without constant fear and limitation.

• Cover essential therapy sessions
• Pay for doctor visits, hospital care, and medications
• Maintain reliable transportation for urgent medical needs
• Keep a stable home for Hassan and his younger sibling
How You Can Make a Difference
Even a small donation can ease a huge weight from our shoulders.
Sharing this campaign helps us reach someone who might be able to give.
Every act of kindness brings Hassan closer to the stability he deserves. Your support is more than financial — it is hope, safety, and a chance for my son to live without constant fear.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading our story, for caring, and for believing in the power of compassion.
