Help a single mom battle Cancer

Update: now the road to recover begins. BEV is home dealing with the recovery process (which if you've never had surgery is frustrating at times, painful and requires visits to the doctor out of town, managing the household, not being able to drive while waiting for her body to heal all while the medical bills are piling up). And the JP drain. No fun.

My best friend Bev has stage 2 cancer. It has been hard to ask for help and she is the kind of person to take care of others before herself. If anyone is in need, she usually is the first to lend a hand and teaches her children the same.

She has an 11 year old daughter who needs her, unfortunately after her first surgery Nov. 2023 she has to go back for another surgery for her metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma aka cancer.

She is a non smoker, lives a fairly healthy lifestyle but cancer does not discriminate. Your funds will be used to help pay for her mounting medical bills, some meals for her and her daughter, travel expenses as the surgery center is a 3 hr drive from her home. She does work full time while homeschooling her child & being a cat mom, her company offers good benefits but as we all know the health care system in America is astronomically expense.

She like her mother #RIP and sister love singing and taking part in Sweet Adelines (an international barbershop organization). And of course this cancer has caused her to jeopardize the thing that brings her joy... singing with the Sweet Adelines.

Alone we are a drop of water but together we can be an ocean of support. Thank you for all your time and I hope cancer never touches aomeone you love.
