I am a single mother of twins, and this year has brought more challenges than I ever expected. Just yesterday, I had to undergo a transfusion, and now I am preparing for surgery right before the holidays. As I focus on my health and recovery, I am also thinking about how to make this season special for my children, despite the difficulties we are facing.
Every day, I am in pain and working hard to keep things together for my family. The costs of my medicine and the essentials for my surgery are adding up quickly. On top of that, I want to give my twins a Christmas to remember—a tree, some presents, a warm dinner, and the comfort of knowing our lights will stay on. These are simple things, but right now, they feel out of reach without a little help.
If you are able to support us, your kindness will go directly toward my recovery and making the holidays brighter for my kids. I am deeply grateful for any help, and I hope that once I am well, I can pay it forward and help someone else in need. Thank you for reading our story, and I wish you a safe and blessed holiday season. Thank again to those that will help
