Hi everyone, I'm Anne and a single mother of two beautiful children, doing everything I can to provide them with stability, love, and opportunity. I have always paid it forward and been of help to others but now I am in need of help of getting rid of my credit card debt. Which has lowered my credit score and the pay later resources that I had access to and have been living off of have been lowered drastically as of such. Hence, the debt has caused a ripple effect. Though I am always referred to as “The Strong One” and having it together, I really don’t. I just always keep a smile on and trust God to help me whilst I’m helping myself.

I became unemployed after being treated poorly by my employer and not being paid on time and in the same breath underwent surgery. As such, I've struggled to regain financial footing. I'm currently employed, but my new position pays significantly less, making it nearly impossible to keep up with the cost of living, school expenses for my kids, and mounting bills.

Despite my best efforts, I've accrued $5,000 in credit card debt, which is hindering me from getting ahead. The interest has made it nearly impossible to make progress, and I've now missed five payments. I'm not someone who gives up easily, but the weight of this financial strain is overwhelming and has caused me severe distress.
