Help a self employed single mom buy a home.

Hi! I'm Cody, a self-employed single mom of two kids - my oldest is 18, and my youngest is 7! I have been working hard since 2017 to build my credit & save enough for a down payment, which I finally did - then the market skyrocketed, putting me back at square one! We are currently renting our dream home, and had hoped to be able to owner finance. I really hope not to be displaced with my two kids, so I started this fundraiser to raise funds to help with the down payment so I can purchase this house!

I knew this was my Forever Home the second I pulled into the driveway with my two kids. Over the last two and a half years, I have fallen even more in love with this house! My kids love it here and say they never want to move. It's honestly our dream home!

My goal is to make enough of a down payment through crowd funding to qualify for a traditional home loan to purchase this beautiful home.
