Help a Single Mom Keep Her Home

My mom is a single mom of two. A 17-year-old, me, and a 6-year-old, my little brother. She works as a vet-tech with long 12-hour days. Recently, life has been a little harder than usual. The house we rent has been the same price for the last ten years. They just notified my mom that they will be raising it an extra $350 a month. We can't afford it but also can't afford to move. If we raise $5,000 my mom can send that to our landlord, which takes care of a couple of months of rent. This gives us the opportunity to get back on our feet without worrying about the monthly charge.
