I’ve always worked hard to provide for myself and my two kids, doing everything I can to make sure they have what they need. But two months ago, I lost my job, and since then, things have gotten really tough. I’ve been searching for work every day, but as time passes, I’ve fallen further behind on rent and bills. I’ve lost my car insurance, my car has been having issues, and now I’m on the verge of losing the roof over our heads. Our utilities are being shut off because I just don’t have enough to pay them.

I’m a single mother, and my kids are my world. I’ll always go without before I let them be in a bad situation. I’m not doing this for myself, but for them—they deserve to feel safe and have everything they need. If I can get some help, I’ll be able to keep our home, pay the bills, and get my car fixed so I can find a job faster.
